This helps minimise particle entrapment and supports purging of the sensor. Wetted parts are made from 316L VIM\/VAR stainless steel, and every sensor is mass-spectrometer helium leak tested.<\/p>\n<p>The series is available with face-seal process connections designed around common semiconductor gas-delivery requirements. Other fitting styles are also available.
