Op 23 december 2025 hebben de aandeelhouders van Pyrotherm B.V. de verkoop aan Thermo Electric Instrumentation B.V. bekend gemaakt. De verkoop is onderdeel van het strategische groeiplan van Pyrotherm, waarbij aansluiting is gezocht bij een branchegenoot met een complementaire geografische footprint en productenportfolio.
Pyrotherm eigenaar Rudolph de Bruijn heeft eerder dit jaar besloten op zoek te gaan naar een strategische eigenaar voor Pyrotherm BV, om het bedrijf in staat te stellen zich te richten op het uitvoeren van haar lange termijn groeistrategie. Met het samengaan met Thermo Electric Instrumentation BV is aansluiting gevonden bij een strategische partij met een langetermijnvisie, die bekend is met de productportfolio van Pyrotherm BV en de industrie waarin ze opereert.
Alle activiteiten van Pyrotherm BV zullen vanaf heden verder uitgevoerd gaan worden via de entiteit Thermo Electric Instrumentation BV.

On December 23, 2025, the shareholders of Pyrotherm B.V. announced its sale to Thermo Electric Instrumentation B.V. This sale is part of Pyrotherm’s strategic growth plan, through which the company sought to align with an industry peer possessing a complementary geographic footprint and product portfolio.
Earlier this year, Pyrotherm owner Rudolph de Bruijn decided to seek a strategic owner for Pyrotherm B.V. to enable the company to focus on executing its long-term growth strategy. By joining forces with Thermo Electric Instrumentation B.V., the company has found a strategic partner with a long-term vision that is familiar with Pyrotherm B.V.’s product portfolio and the industry in which it operates.
Effective immediately, all Pyrotherm B.V. activities will be conducted through the Thermo Electric Instrumentation B.V. entity.
