Setra Model 267 differential-pressure sensor
Setra Model 267 is a configurable transducer for measuring very low differential or static pressure in air and non-conducting gases. TE Instrumentation supplies and supports Model 267 as the exclusive Setra distributor in the Netherlands.
The sensor is suitable for engineers and equipment manufacturers requiring a stable pressure signal for HVAC, air-handling, building-automation and data-centre cooling systems. Its mounting, output and display options support integration into new equipment and existing installations.
For air and non-conducting gases.
Wall- or duct-mounting options.
For filters, plenums and containment.
Model 267 in data-centre HVAC
Data centres need to remove heat predictably while limiting unwanted mixing between hot and cold air. Differential-pressure measurement provides control and monitoring systems with information about airflow conditions and the state of HVAC components.
Model 267 applications include:
- Fan control.
- Differential pressure across air filters.
- Differential pressure across DX coils.
- Hot- and cold-aisle containment.
- Return-air and supply plenums.
- Raised-floor pressure monitoring.
- Static pressure in air ducts.
- Integration with HVAC and building-management systems.

Main product characteristics
Current Setra product information describes:
- An all-stainless-steel capacitive sensing element.
- Pressure ranges extending to 100 inches water column.
- Accuracy options reaching ±0.25% full scale.
- A robust NEMA 4 enclosure.
- Wall- and duct-mounting options.
- An optional static-pressure probe.
- An optional LCD display.
- Voltage and 4–20 mA output options.
- Multiple electrical-termination arrangements.
The required combination of range, accuracy, supply, output and mounting is selected for the application. Model 267 is intended for air and non-conducting gases; TE Instrumentation can recommend a different sensing technology for liquids.
Specifying Model 267 for new equipment
Useful project information includes:
- The application and measurement location.
- Expected differential pressure and engineering units.
- Unidirectional or bidirectional measurement.
- Required output signal and available supply.
- Wall or duct mounting.
- Display or static-pressure-probe requirement.
- Environmental and space constraints.

For data-centre equipment, TE Instrumentation can also support GEMS flow, level and pressure sensors for liquid-cooling circuits and solenoid valves for coolant control.
Replacing an existing pressure transducer
For a replacement enquiry, send the complete model number, a photograph of the label, the existing pressure range, output, supply and mounting information. We can then assess the appropriate current configuration.
Enquire through TE Instrumentation
TE Instrumentation supports Dutch engineers, OEMs, integrators, contractors and end users with product selection and application advice. Each enquiry is assessed against its technical requirements and intended application.

Send the range, output, supply, mounting requirement and quantity. We will assess the appropriate configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Can Model 267 measure liquid pressure?
Model 267 is intended for air and non-conducting gases. Liquid or wet-to-wet measurements require a different sensor type.
Can Model 267 be mounted on an air duct?
Setra offers wall- and duct-mounting arrangements and an optional static-pressure probe. The correct version depends on the design and measurement point.
Which outputs are available?
Official information includes voltage and 4–20 mA options. The exact configuration is checked during product selection.
Is Model 267 suitable for data centres?
It is relevant to airside HVAC applications including filter monitoring, fan control, plenums, raised floors and containment pressure. Final suitability depends on the measurement range and installation.
