Trimod Besta Level Switches
Trimod Besta develops and manufactures modular level switches and sensors for industrial liquid applications. The product range supports high- and low-level detection, pump protection, overfill protection, dry-running protection and process monitoring.
TE Instrumentation is the exclusive distributor in the Netherlands for Trimod Besta. We provide selection, specification and replacement support for new and existing installations.
The Trimod concept combines flanges, chambers, switch modules, floats and materials into an application-specific configuration. This modular approach allows the switch construction to be matched to the process medium, density, pressure, temperature, installation and switching function.
Applications
Trimod Besta products are used in chemical and petrochemical processing, energy systems, tank installations, shipbuilding, machinery and other industrial liquid processes. Configurations are available for demanding media and operating environments, subject to technical review of the selected model and required approval.

Selection and replacement
A reliable level-switch configuration starts with the correct process data. Useful inputs include the medium and density, pressure, temperature, mounting position, process connection, switching function, materials and any required certification. For replacement work, include the existing Besta type number or nameplate photograph.
